What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card or other payment information, Biometric Data or other details to help you with your experience and provide services to you. “Biometric Data” is physical information about you that can be used to identify you – like a fingerprint, handprint or an iris scan.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our website, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, use live chat, open a support ticket, use a Keyo terminal, or enter information on our website. We collect Biometric Data from you when you use a Keyo kiosk and provide your Biometric Data or when you use a Keyo terminal to pay for goods or services at a participating merchant.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:
- To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested;
- To improve our website in order to better serve you;
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests;
- To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other website feature;

- To follow up with you after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries).
How do we protect your information?
Although no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect all PII. Other security safeguards include data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls to building and files. We use regular Malware Scanning.
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
For your convenience, we may store your credit card information kept for more than 60 days in order to expedite future orders and to automate the billing process. You may change, update, or remove your credit card information by accessing your account through our website.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your browser (if your permission settings allow Cookies) that enables the website’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We do not sell, lease, or trade your Biometric Data.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
